Inspection

The Construction and Housing and Communal Services Supervision Inspectorate is a state body of the Republic of Uzbekistan that exercises state control in the construction, housing and communal services sector. It was established under the Cabinet of Ministers and is being transformed into an independent executive body from 2025.

This inspection simultaneously:

• Controls the quality of construction work and compliance with legislation
• Monitors the management of multi-apartment housing and drinking water and wastewater systems
• Verifies the efficiency of utility services and their implementation in accordance with regulatory requirements

By decree, in accordance with the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 14, 2025, the Inspectorate was established as an independent national executive body.

Until now, this body reported to the Ministry of Construction, but now operates under the direct supervision of the Cabinet of Ministers (government).

These changes will strengthen the Inspectorate's ability to make independent decisions and serve to liberalize its oversight functions.

On the Inspection admin panel, depending on your role, you will use the application within your authority, and there you will be able to identify various violations, monitor the inspector through a body camera, and almost completely control construction sites.
