About the Company
The client is the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Oversight of construction sites runs into questions that paperwork answers badly: how many people actually worked on site, what vehicles came in, which materials were delivered, and whether a contractor exists on paper or in fact.
Checking that by hand needs an inspector on site and still only captures a single day.
The project
We built a system that answers those questions from cameras and state registries rather than from the contractor’s own reports.
What the platform does:
- Counting workers by face — face recognition at the gate and on site gives the actual headcount for a shift, not the declared one
- Vehicle recognition by number plate — logging machinery and deliveries in and out
- Incoming materials control — what is delivered to the site and in what quantity
- Construction company checks — reconciling contractors and deliveries against tax inspection records: does what actually arrived match what was documented
- Oversight dashboard — sites, events and anomalies in one interface

Conclusion
Oversight no longer depends on who wrote what in the site log. Headcount, vehicle entries and material deliveries are recorded automatically and reconciled against state records, and an inspector travels to the sites where the system flagged a discrepancy.
