About the Company

Compliance in a government body is not a one-off audit but continuous work: staff have to be trained, risks described and reassessed, conflicts of interest caught before they become violations, and reports of wrongdoing received and carried through to a decision.

Spread across paper files, none of that is visible or measurable.

The project

We pulled that work into one system, shared by the organisations and their compliance officers.

What the project covers:

  • Organisations — a register with categories and access roles
  • Training — courses with video and materials, grouped by category
  • Honesty tests — a question bank, test sittings, results and per-organisation statistics
  • Corruption risks — risk descriptions with supporting media
  • Conflict of interest — alerts and how they are handled
  • Professional ethics — rules broken down by profession, plus compliance officer guidance
  • Violation reports — report types, attached files and details of the persons involved
  • Electronic library, news, announcements and technical support

The system runs in Uzbek, Russian and English.

Conclusion

Corruption prevention became measurable: it is visible who completed the training and the tests, which risks a given organisation has described, how many conflict-of-interest notices came in, and what became of each violation report.
