About the Company
The Legal Clinic at Tashkent State University of Law provides free legal aid to the public. Senior students advise under the supervision of their teachers: for citizens it is legal help they can afford, and for students it is their first real practice.
The project
We built a site through which an enquiry reaches the clinic without a visit in person.
What the project covers:
- Service catalogue with categories and a description of each
- Consultation booking — online by link, by phone, or in person at a listed office
- Document requests and a library of ready-made templates
- Complaints intake and a rating of the service received
- News, achievements and a photo gallery from the clinic
- Team, partners, client testimonials and statistics
- About, FAQ, office addresses and contacts
The site is maintained in Uzbek, Russian and English.

Conclusion
Someone who needs legal help no longer has to travel to the university to find out whether the clinic can take their case: the services, office addresses and ways to book are on the site, and an enquiry, a document request or a complaint can be filed online.
