About the Company
Bulutcha is ZERODEV’s own product, not client work.
In Uzbekistan files move through messengers and USB sticks, while the cloud services people fall back on do not speak Uzbek, take payment only by foreign card, and keep data far outside the country. Bulutcha closes exactly that gap: an interface in the user’s own language, local payment in so’m, and pricing that makes sense here.
The project
We designed and built the whole product — storage and encryption through to pricing and interface.
What Bulutcha does:
- 10 GB free, with a one-step upgrade to a larger plan
- End-to-end encryption of files
- Real-time sync across all of a user’s devices
- Sharing by phone number — the recipient needs no account and no third-party link
- Precise permissions — view only, downloads blocked, link expiry and password protection
- Collaboration on files and folders
- Activity history — who did what to a file
Plans run Free 10 GB, Start 50 GB, Plus 200 GB, Pro 500 GB and Max 1 TB — paid in so’m.

Bulutcha gives local users something they did not have: a cloud that speaks their language, takes their card, and holds their files under rules they can read.
For us it is also our own engineering tested on a product where the responsibility is ours, not a client’s.
